Field Service - This career path focuses on working directly at the well head and is suitable for the employee who is interested in the stimulation and cementing of oil and gas wells. Field service positions can include both direct labor and supervisory positions.

Management/Sales/Engineering - In this area, Pumpco looks for strong candidates with the experience and qualities necessary to manage our workforce. In addition, due to the technical needs of our client base, a sales or engineering path could be the right choice for the right person.   Facility/Maintenance - A facility/maintenance position is perfect for the employee wanting to follow a direction focused on  the maintenance of Pumpco’s equipment and/or the oversight of our facilities. Administrative - As with all organizations, administrative positions are necessary to oversee the clerical, administrative and accounting functions. This career path is a good fit for the employee who wishes to work in an office setting.
