Ronny Ortowski - Founder and President

Ronny Ortowski is the founder and president of of Pumpco Energy Services Inc. With more than 28 years of experience in pumping services, he brings significant knowledge and experience to the organization. Prior to founding Pumpco, Mr. Ortowski worked in several entrepreneurial ventures. After founding Pumpco in 1982, Mr. Ortowski was instrumental in growing the company until its sale to Complete Production Services in 2007. In 2008 he took on the role of Senior Vice President of Operations and provided oversight for personnel, facilities and the Pumpco asset base. In January of 2010 he became president of the division and is currently located in Valley View, Texas.

Mark A. Songer – Vice President & General Manager- NE Shale

Mark Songer served as President of Pumpco from January 2008 to February of 2010 at which time he moved into the above role. In addition to his Pumpco responsibilities, Mr. Songer is also President of the Appalachian Well Services Division in the Northeastern U.S. Prior to joining the company, he spent 26 years with BJ Services Co. in various management, engineering and operational positions. From November 1996 to January 2008, Mr. Songer served as Regional Manager of Operations for the Northeastern U.S. and was based in Pittsburgh, Pa. Prior to that, he spent four years as Region Manager, West-Coast, Alaska Operations. Mr. Songer received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and a B.S. in the Institute of Technology and Management from Arkansas State University.

David Crombie - Vice President Operations and Sales

David Crombie has held the position of Vice President of Operations and Sales since August 2005. He began his career with Pumpco in 2000, and has held various management and sales positions within the company. Prior to working for Pumpco, Mr. Crombie was employed at Halliburton Energy Services. Since 1994, Mr. Crombie has worked in both cementing and stimulation operations in many areas of both domestic and international operations - including the Permian Basin, Fort Worth Basin, Oklahoma, the Gulf of Mexico and Saudi Arabia. With more that 15 years of pressure pumping experience, Mr. Crombie has been integral to the success of Pumpco and continues to mold the sales and operation efforts of domestic operations.

Jack Featheringill - Area Stimulation Operations Manager

Jack Featheringill is responsible for the stimulation service line in the Fort Worth Basin. His responsibilities include the management of eight stimulation crews and the associated personnel. He has worked in the pumping services business since 1980, when he was hired by Smith Energy Services in Casper, Wyo. He continued to progress throughout his career with Smith, eventually becoming District Manager. In 1994, Mr. Featheringill became Asset Manager for the Western Company of N.A. and, soon after, held the position of Asset Manager with BJ Services when the two companies merged. He continued working at BJ until 2006, when he was hired as District Manager of Frac Source (FSSI), with oversight of the Fort Worth Basin Operations. Mr. Featheringill has held various positions in Pumpco and has a total of 29 years experience in the oil and gas industry.

Ron Kuhlemeier - Williston Basin Business Unit Manager

Ron Kuhlemeier has served as Business Unit Manager for Pumpco since January 2009. Prior to joining the company, he was employed with BJ Services for 26 years in multiple areas of the country, as well as, international operations. Mr. Kuhlemeier started his career in Bakersfield, Calif. and continued to take on increased responsibility through the years. Positions held include HSE Manager; Sales & Technical Support; and Senior District Management. He currently resides in Minot, N.D., and is responsible for all aspects of the Williston Basin Operations, Sales, and Engineering. In addition Mr. Kuhlemeier also manages the IPS coil tubing operations for the North Dakota marketplace.
